  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control within the ready mix concrete industry.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete testing methods and quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in construction industry;
  • Good experience at technicality, RMC, Commercial, Breakdown and escalation
  • Know how with process, procedures and documentation cycle
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English & Arabic, Written and spoken;
  • Good IT Literacy (MS Office, SAP is preferable, Business emails);
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Problem solver, detail oriented;
  • Have a valid Egyptian driving license; (extra not mandatory)
  • Military Service fulfill .

  • Negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Problem solver, detail oriented;
  • Have a valid Egyptian driving license;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
